FOURTEEN DAYS of VALENTINES....Day Two

DAY TWO....Bag of cinnamon candy hearts or bag of heart shaped lollipops

Not everyone likes those jellied sugared cinnamon candy hearts.  I enjoy them; a few at a time.  Today I found a bag of the hearts along with a bag of the lollipops waiting for me near my coffee cup.  I’ll probably keep a few of the lollipops and use the remaining as a give-a-way.   I plan to pick up a box of kid type valentines and tape a lollipop to the envelope.  Everyone likes to feel special and get a little something to make them feel as much.
You can also take a bag of heart shape lollipops and red ribbon to make a lollipop bouquet.  Take six of the pops and tie with red ribbon; give to friend, acquaintance or family member as a ‘thinking of you’ type gift.  In the past I’ve done this and it was well received.
As for giving the of the cinnamon hearts, put them in a cute gift bag. A few years ago I purchased a plan white bag then cut out red hearts of various sizes and pasted to the bag. You can also decorate with downloaded and printed clip art of hearts, Cupids, flowers or anything for Valentine’s Day.  Be creative and have fun.
As for what I gave my husband for Day One, I gave him a red tee shirt again; same as last year.  We never have enough red tees as we wear one every Friday.  My Day One gift was a pink shirt (yes I wear a lot of pink).  Accompanying the shirt was a pink scarf.  The design on the scarf was  X’s and O’s. This was indeed different but a very welcomed gift.  See he thought out of the box for sure.  I’ll be wearing this today. As he said about the gift the shirt is not just for one holiday but can be worn all year; as the same with the scarf. Both items look well together.
He appreciated the red shirt as he says wearing one every Friday it seems they fade overtime.
DAY THREE GIFT IDEA.....Coffee mug with hearts as design.

Until tomorrow.....enjoy the cinnamon hearts or heart shaped lollipops; if you received both, lucky you.

              TREATMENT of LOVE
(From the book “LOVE ALWAYS and FOREVER

VERY often we take for granted the person
          that we love
AND sometimes ignore their thoughts,
          needs and feelings
LIKE yesterday's unread newspaper....at
            times we treat them
EASILY put aside when our presence is
           required elsewhere
NEVER considering our actions towards
             them at the moment
TIME and time again we say "nothing else
               matters but you"
IT seems....those are only words to make us
               feel better inside
NEGLECTING that one person like the
             newspaper by the door
EXPECTING when we return....they will be
              waiting
