Hello at 4:00am; now I wonder if I’ll fall back to sleep after writing this blog? If it were before 4:00am I could but who knows now.
Yesterday I really was surprised that one of my Amazon orders actually came by postal mail (USPS) on a Sunday. I thought when I saw my delivery day as a Sunday it’d be today (Monday) but a few minutes after eleven the truck pulled up and there was my order. This meant I’d have to run to find the seamstress who does the alterations; she has other pants for my husband she’s working on at the moment.
Had a big scare yesterday afternoon. While dropping off my husband’s new sweats to the seamstress and picking up the pairs she already did at the club where I meet her; got a call my husband was being rushed to ER for a problem. Scared yes I was. Hurried to where they were to take him only to find he went to the other hospital in the area. I drive like a NASCAR driver I’m sure to get to the other place. He had few tests done but they found nothing out of normal from what he previously had so they released him. In a way I’m glad the rehab place was being proactive but what ticked me off was change of hospitals.
Yesterday my Irish word of the day was WEARING of the GREEN. A few years ago I remember doing a piece about becoming Irish for a day; everyone becomes Irish on St. Patty’s day. I did this piece about how one can have an Irish last name on March 17th. It’s true I make my name more Irish every year. On St. Patrick’s Day I become Fannon Muldoon Murphy. Now if you’re curious how this came about well let’s say my husband. There is a road in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania in Auburn Township right outside of Meshoppen called Fannon Muldoon Road. We have no idea how the road got that name. My husband felt is was indeed an awesome name; and said if he saw that road name when his youngest was born that be her name, Fannon Muldoon Murphy, instead of Shannon. I liked the name Fannon Muldoon so I took Fannon as a name I used when singing karaoke, my stage name thank you. On March 17th, I call myself Fannon Muldoon Murphy. Just a bit Irish for me. I’ve even told people I’d never see again that was my name. A good alias for sure.
Terry’s daily word was CONCISE. I used it as CONCISELY in my piece. I wrote about a blind date going bad. It was fun to compose. I’ve had two such dates when I was younger and yes flops both times.
I was able to work in the wacky holidays pretty well. Sometimes it’s a struggle to do so. Really need to think of how to do it.
It’s Monday and a new week has begun.
I hope everyone has a good week.
Until tomorrow....don’t have the Monday blues just think of it as Friday Eve Eve Eve Eve; and as always Stay Safe.

IRISH FOR THE DAY
It’s the day on March the seventeenth
for the wearing of the green
Irish or not....everyone dons green
You can change your name to
be Irish on St. Patrick’s Day
You can become a McGomez,
an O’Wittenberg, an O’Feinstein, a
McKowalski or a FitzChappelle
Just put Fitz, an O or a Mc in front of your surname....you can too be Irish
Or you can change your full name
for the day....on March seventeenth
I’m Fannon Muldoon Murphy
More Irish than my everyday Irish name
Wear your green....adjust your name
Be Irish for the day

THE BLIND DATE
Her blind date a catastrophe
She wondered if it qualified her for
disaster assistance
The whole evening a flop from start to
finish
Why did she let her friends set her up?
She explained it concisely to them
The date sucked!

No time to continue looking for
mistakes need to put the crown of roast pork in the oven
As a few friends coming for lunch to
