Up yesterday at 5:00am. Too much on my mind. I left right after seven to do a big errand. Made it back in time for my visit with my husband.
I finally got to have lunch/early supper at 3:00pm. Then a quick trip to get my Queen of Hearts tickets for the week. I lost; my ticket not pulled. Home in time to watch Jeopardy. Rested and read till I fell asleep.
Today is another one of those mornings. Need to do two errands before I visit my husband. The big problem visiting my husband is parking. It’s a problem getting a good parking spot.
Yesterday seemed everywhere I went people were in a hurry. The afternoon was no better. I just dealt with it best I could.
I laughed at the toy word for yesterday which was BUILDING BLOCKS. I can remember making a tower with them. My cousin and I would knock down the tower with a ball. Yes when he made me made i throw one of the blocks at him or hit him with it. But in my defense he did the same to me. They were an inside rainy day toy; not something we played with all the time.
Today is WOMEN VETERANS DAY. I never knew such a day existed till last year when researching the weird/wacky holidays for June 12th. Actually it is the day in 1948 that the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act signed. The day honors women who served and are serving in the military. So today I out in my Women’s Army Corps Veteran tee shirt and my hat. I’m proudly wearing this today.
It’s getting on to eight o’clock and time to get cracking to do my two errands.
It’s Saturday and the weekend begins.
Until tomorrow....enjoy the day and as always Stay Safe.

DAILY OBSERVATIONS
No matter where I went today
Encountered drivers in a rush
Where were they all going in a hurry
Was it a big sale in the early part of the
day?
Was it happy hour in the late afternoon?
