JULY JEWELS….Day 11

 

This is a short read today. 

Sunday is here so make it a good day. 

Enjoy the last hours of this weekend. 

It was a nice day yesterday. I had a good visit with my husband; even though the roommates wife was there visiting.  They both are obnoxious at times. I refused to shorten my visit even though they were aggregating.  

Some people are just to nosey about your life.  I don’t feel comfortable telling strangers things about my life or personal issues.  She seemed to keep asking questions that were none of her business.  I don’t ask people stuff that I feel is none of my business about them. 

But everyone is different for sure.  

Today I visit my husband again and hope it’s a good visit.  Hope there are no obstacles today. 

Yesterday again I noticed idiots everywhere.  A teenager on a bike weaving in front of cars.  I had to slow down as not to hit him. I finally got around him. Sure he thought it funny pedaling down in front of cars in one lane then going to the next.  Later there was a woman pushing her stroller in the middle of the street as she tried to cross US 27.  Why she did not cross one block up at the light is beyond me.  I was afraid she’d get hit. 

Terry’s cartoon for the day was PEPÉ LE PEW.  I always enjoyed his antics. 

Years ago my husband created a Valentine for me with Pepe on it. It said “Love Stinks….But I love you anyway….

   Happy Valentine’s Day”.  This was the cutest card ever.  I do feel sorry that Pepe has never found love.  As for the cat he’s always chasing poor kitty.

  in the meadow 

Just hope I don’t step on a bee when 

  walking through the field 

Later a will relax with a pina colada 

  as I sit on the patio at home
