JULY JEWELS….Day 7

 

So a storm headed towards the west coast of the state.  Of course it figured it’ll be the day I have an appointment with the lawyers office.  Couldn’t have happened when I did not have to be out driving.  I was fortunate I got back from the appointment before the rain.

After arriving home I decided to have some yummy Bing cherries and Rainer cherries while watching the Game Show Channel. It drizzled off and on most of the night and heavier after three in the morning until about eight.  It’s still drizzling out right now and over cast. 

I am taking a day to avoid the weather. We have rain showing off and on most of today.  I don’t feel like venturing out. Also I did not sleep good last night due to the rain.  I actually read until after three then the heavy downpour keep me awake. 

TOM and JERRY was the cartoon from yesterday.  I always enjoyed that one and I still catch it on the cartoon channel. It seems that Tom was always made out to be the bad guy or the fool. 

I guess I just always cheer for the underdog like Willie Coyote and Elmer Fudd. In my opinion I always thought of them that way.

It aggregates me when I have to drive in 

    the rain….have an appointment that 

      can’t be canceled 

I guess it’s just Murphy’s Law….yes I’m 

   a Murphy

TOM and JERRY still entertain us

I feel bad that it’s Tom who always gets 

  the bad end of the stick

He’s the one who seems constantly in   

   trouble

Jerry makes sure of it or so I think

As an adult I still watch them on

  The Cartoon Network 

Funny today to me as when I was 

   young
