The RED Shirt Challenge was on yesterday. It looked like according to our group photo our veterans post won with most people. I passed out the RED Friday wrist bands on behalf of our 40&8 Voiture who donated them.
Personally I think a challenge is childish. It’s like I double dare you from when I was a kid. Come on people we all are adults. Not everyone owns a red shirt but maybe wearing red socks like one of the guys did can count. He had come from work in the shirt he wears for his business; no time to change.
Anyhow since it seems we won I just saw that we’ve been challenged again. How utterly childish indeed.
The UK word for yesterday was NARKY. Well I get snarky at times and maybe a bit narky but that’s me.
Yesterday was quite a busy day. After being with my husband at the hospital I had to go do the pics of those in red shirts at the Amvets. Now it’s getting caught up today. Lots to do, lots to do.
It’s Saturday.
Until tomorrow....have a great day and as always Stay Safe.

SHOW SUPPORT
Today is the day for the wearing of the
red
I post this first thing every
Friday morning on social media
A red shirt, socks, scarf, hat or shoes
could be most anything
a red ribbon in the hair, laces in
sneakers, even jewelry
Red wrist bands make a statement
When worded in bold black lettering
RED FRIDAY....REMEMBER EVERYONE
DEPLOYED
I hand one to those I see not wearing
red
We need to support our troops

SNAPPISH
Sometimes when I’m narky
I get very snarky
Never know what I’ll say to you
So beware when I’m being scornful
I may get snappish too
