Today Florida enters Phase II of reopening the state. The bars, pubs and clubs can reopen with of course restrictions. I found out that bartenders are not required to wear masks. A bad idea I say, but that’s my opinion. I wrote today’s poem with that in mind. The fact that I’m not to sure about being at the vets club knowing the employees not wearing masks. As we begin to reopen business people who have been stirred crazy will not take safety to heart. All many are thinking about is getting out again into the world. I hope many will take precautions to remain vigil about this pandemic; it’s not over yet. I myself will continue to wear my face cover; keep my distance and stay home away from social gatherings for at least another week or more. I’m not afraid for me but what if I pick up virus and pass it along unsuspecting to another.
On a more happier note....it’s Friday and NATIONAL DONUT DAY.
Until next time....enjoy your π© Donuts.

June 5.....DAILY REFLECTIONS
Phase II of re-opening Florida begins
today....look out world....bar, clubs and
pubs will be flooded with patrons
I plan to stay home off the roads....afraid
too many will be out driving and
drinking
Curious how one will drink while wearing a
mask....sure it’s going to make some
funny videos

MY DILEMMA
© Scottie-ann Murphy
Our bars, pubs and clubs reopening again
today
But restrictions must be followed to ensure
being safe
Masks not required for bartenders serving
drinks
Not a good idea, or so, I do think
If I go out I definitely will be masked
“Why are you doing this!” I’m sure you’ll ask
To keep away from me other people’s
germs
When I heard coughs or sneezes around
me I do squirm
Maybe it’s best for my well being I stay at
home
Where I will be safe from everyone, but
also alone
