NATIONAL POETRY MONTH....Day 30

  It’s the last day of National Poetry Month.  I looked for what will be celebrated during May. There are quite a few things.  Three I liked was its National Salad Month; National Salas Month and National Photo Month.  Perhaps people will take pictures of their chips and salsa or their salads.  Last year I wrote the following.  Short, simple and yet to the point. Hope you all enjoyed this month filled with rhymes and free verse.

      All good things come to an end

  Another April dedicated to poets and their words gone for another year

   Does this mean no one will read poetry for the remainder of the year?

  Will Poetry be put on the shelf?

  Only a true bard can answer
