Yesterday I had another mask issue. I thought about it when I got up at 5:00am. This time I was headed into the mini-mart to make gas purchase (I don’t pay at the pump). Well weeks prior they required masks so here I am walking in wearing my face mask. Some guy gives me lip on why I have it on and I don’t need to be wearing it there. I am now riled up and told him what I thought (see reflections). He gave me a bit of lip back. Well this should I be masked here or should I be masked there is getting to be a pain in my backside. It’s like you get people giving you grief if you and grief if you don’t. Now I’m wonder do I need to have masks for holidays to look festive?
Today my SEPTEMBER acrostic centers on the fact it’s still like the dog days of summer. According to Google search the dog days of summer are July 22nd to August 22nd. It still feels like it outside.
I did an acrostic spelling FALL even though it has nothing to do with fall. This has to do with in life getting unexpected lemons or limes cause things go astray.
Today is Thursday or as I call it anymore Friday Eve.

September 3rd....DAILY THOUGHTS I wondered this morning if I’m wearing a
sign....or is there a tattoo on me that says
harass me about face masks
I looked carefully this morning....I did not
see one....so why did I get gruff again
about the situation yesterday
This time it was a BECAUSE I had one on....
I was heading into the mini-mart to pay for
gas....customer asked why I had it
on, he then says you don’t need it to go
in there....his nasty tone got me riled
up....I said to him because I don’t want
some other A$$-Wipe like you asking why
I’m not wearing one....as he walked
away he said well that hat you’re
wearing fits you I guess....oh I had on
my pink baseball cap that had BITCH
stitched on the front....yeah so
right he was....but last time I got gas
there I was told they were required....go
figure

Still with us are the dog days of summer,
just hanging around
Evidentially the weather does not know
they were long gone
Perhaps we should be grateful that it
is still warm
There are cooler days ahead as autumn
approaches
Eventually the winter wardrobe will appear
with dark drab colors
Mothballed sweaters and coats will be
taken out of storage
Before those cold days arrive, take
advantage of the nice climate
Enjoy the remaining days of summer and
those Indian Summer days of fall
Right before we know it the heat will be
turned on, the air conditioning turned off

Funny how life gives you lemons, when you
least expect it
And sometimes it gives limes, which are not
better
Lemons won’t go to waste make lemonade
then add vodka
Lime can be used for tequila shots or to
make margaritas
