For me fall has begun. Yesterday the last of the summer holidays. There are only a few holidays for summer, as for me summer begins after Memorial Day. Fall has solemn holidays as well as fun to offer. This week we’ll having a solemn type day; it is 9/11 Remembrance Day on Friday. The following Friday is POW/MIA Remembrance Day.
October brings us Columbus Day then Halloween. Actually to me the whole of October for me is Halloween. I begin to celebrate on October the first. This year Halloween falls on a Saturday and rumors there is a full moon that same night. If so it would figure as it’s 2020. Of course November brings Veterans Day and Thanksgiving.
Today I wrote the acrostic about fall leaves. Another favorite subject of mine in the fall.
I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday.
It is the first day of the week for me as I don’t count yesterday as the first day of the week since it was a holiday. I have strange way of looking at things; sure you figured this out already.
Until next time....as always Stay Safe.

September 8th....DAILY REFLECTIONS
Another Labor Day come and gone....last holiday of summer....time to look ahead to fall holidays
Unlike summer which only has July 4th, Labor Day, Flag Day and Father’s Day, fall gives us a few more ....some are solemn days....some are fun
The next two Fridays will be days to remember and reflect....solemn days

FALL LEAVES
© Scottie-ann Murphy
First the leaves turn to glorious hues of
reds, yellows and orange
Autumn’s brilliant colors from the paint
palate of Mother Nature
Leaves falling from the trees blow in the
October wind fall upon the ground
Later will turn to a russet shade when
covering the earth
