FALLING INTO SEPTEMBER....September 30th

It’s the final day of September.  I look with excitement to October and thirty-one days of Halloween.  I plan to blog about something associated with the month each day and write a piece about that item each day.  My husband, who gives me challenges, already has his items for each day listed.  No idea what is what till that day. So it’ll be a real challenge I guess I’d say.
I ended the month with a FALL and a SEPTEMBER acrostic.  My husband laughs at the last line of the September one; it’s so true that we’ve never realized it.  October we all are eating apple and pumpkin spice flavored foods as well as Halloween candy.  In November we still are devouring pumpkin flavored foods as well as cranberry.  There are cranberry muffins, breads and pumpkin pie and pumpkin squares.  Come December we head into snacking on Christmas cookies and drinking egg nog. Yes we do indulge I’ve found the last three months of the year.
I have enjoyed the acrostic month. It was different for me.  Every writer needs a challenge from time to time I guess.  I did tell my husband NO acrostic pieces for October.
September was not only challenging month to write (as my pieces are timed) but in my life.  My husband began his knee therapy also.  He is not doing stores as much as before.  Sure he’ll get back to it.  My AMVETS post reopened to a percentage of occupancy after being closed since June (second closing).  I do their ads on the Facebook page so I was busy working on them.  Many of our activities are returning slowly and we wanted to get word out a few times before they occurred.  Will things be normal again? Perhaps in a different way.
Today I reflected on why it was crazy on the roads yesterday; as well at gas place and heading into a store.  Full moon is coming.
I hope you enjoy Hump Day.
Until next time....happy last day of September and as always Stay Safe.
